Returns Information

Please carefully read the below policy prior to returning your item to York Fashion Week

1. Please note that York Fashion Week do not refund for postage on returning items.
2. We will refund the full cost of the item if it is returned in unused/undamaged condition, excluding any postage costs.
3. York Fashion Week will not be liable for any items lost during postage of returns.
4. Any loss or damage to a returning item must be recovered from the chosen carrier/delivery company.
5. If returning in the UK please use a 'Signed for' service so proof of return can be confirmed.
6. A refund will be issued once your items have been received.
7. If returning from outside the UK, please email customer service at shop@yorkfashionweek.com for advice and confirmation before returning
